Director

With a 30+ year career in the construction industry, Bryan has vast experience and expert knowledge of construction methodology and project execution. Combined with a Harvard Business School Degree, Bryan is able to keep his finger on the pulse of the latest industry trends, technology and environmental practices.

Bryan has strong leadership, programming, financial management and communication skills, and is involved with every aspect of a project from the initial enquiry to final handover. He will overseas all project delivery teams, manage construction programs and costs, and work directly with the client to ensure the project is delivered to the highest standard.

Kirk Lawes

Director

Kirk is a highly proficient construction professional, with over 30 years experience of Tier 1 building projects. He has managed, or been involved with, many of the major landmark buildings in Sydney.

Ryan Cearns

Project Manager

As the Project Manager, Ryan is onsite managing the delivery of fitout projects utilising a suite of industry leading project management systems from the initial construction phase, through to completion and handover. He is driving construction teams and subcontractors onsite, while managing client and consultant relationships.

Ryan has strong commercial build and fit-out knowledge and experience and excellent communication skills, and his ability to oversee multiple projects, and be hands-on onsite, means SB Projects can deliver projects that are safe, on time and of a quality that supersedes our clients’ expectations.

Amanda Clark

Administration and Contracts

Amanda has more than 20 years experience in contract administration and project management of commercial building and property administration including the areas of legal, regulatory, contracts and leasing.

Every project is different and we can only provide a quote once we understand the size and scope of the works involved. Once we have discussed your requirements, visited your site, prepared detailed plans and obtained preliminary costs for our contractors, we can provide a firm cost proposal.

Importantly, once that proposal is agreed upon, we guarantee there will be no variations to the cost, unless you request changes to the documented building scope of works and plans. This provides SB Projects’ customers with unique peace of mind.

As with the cost, the timing will be contingent on the size and scope of works. For example, there may be a certain lead-time to source particular materials and furnishings to be manufactured and supplied to us.

When your proposal is presented to you, we will clearly indicate a construction timeframe and we will do everything in our power to maintain that schedule — it’s in our interest as well as yours that we finish on time!

Once we have your acceptance and deposit, we can immediately begin obtaining materials and arranging sub contractors, with a view to beginning work as soon as possible.
